We are excited to announce that the OpenInfra Summit Europe will take place at École Polytechnique Campus in Palaiseau, near Paris, France on October 17-19, 2025! This event will bring together OpenInfra community members from across the globe to collaborate, learn, and drive innovation in open infrastructure.
A huge thank you to our associate members at Télécom Paris for supporting this incredible partnership, helping us bring the OpenInfra Summit to such a prestigious location.
The OpenInfra Summit Europe runs on a community-led model, ensuring a more accessible, inclusive, and impactful event. This means that our summit is designed by the community, for the community—allowing us to focus on what truly matters to OpenInfra contributors, users, and organizations.

Get Involved in Planning the OpenInfra Summit
The OpenInfra Summit Planning Committee is open to anyone from the OpenInfra community who wants to help shape this event. The OpenInfra planning committee is currently recruiting folks who would like to volunteer for:
- Programing Committee (Assisting in the schedule and CFP process)
- Sponsor Committee (Assisting in the sponsor recruit process)
- Tourism Committee (Assists with travel and tourism information development)
- Marketing Committee (Assists with event promotion, developing graphics, media coordination)
- Student Engagement Committee (Assists with student engagement activities)
- Onsite Volunteers (Assists with room proctoring, registration desk, and other to-be-determined tasks)
